(ESI) has completed the merger of D&A Consultants, Inc., a commercial vehicle accident investigation company founded in 1971 and purchased in 2012 by Scott Greene, CEO of ESI. The consolidation of the two privately owned companies combines industry leading forensic expertise in digital forensics, law enforcement, security, and trucking accident investigation. The vehicle accident investigation division has been named Evidence Solutions Heavy Truck Division.

Evidence Solutions Heavy Truck Division provides industry expert witness, testimony services, and expertise in heavy truck driving, heavy equipment operation and truck accident forensics. The team also offers expertise and consulting in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Regulations (FMCSRs) that govern all commercial vehicles on the roadways in the United States. The rules include the Hours of Service (HOS) rules, regulations and standards by which companies and drivers operate commercial vehicles.
